People recently did a photo slideshow on celebrities who died young. Sadly some died of drug overdoses or suicide. What about Selena? Her career started earlier than most and she lived her life right. She wasn't out drinking and doing drugs, playing chemical roulette. She was murdered by the president of her fan club, Yolanda Sadivar (sp?), she was 23.
Her popularity amongst the Mexican community could not be denied and after the release of her album posthumously amongst many more, myself included. Why was someone who contributed so much to a few musical genre not even mentioned?
